Li Yanwu, former director of Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation, served as the evaluation group. Mr. Zhou Haitao, former chief engineer of the Ministry of Transportation, Professor Lei Junqing of Beijing Jiaotong University, Vice General Manager of Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Technology Co., Ltd. 1. Technical Guidelines for Limiting (Cutting) Devices of Highway Bridges

The Second Highway Survey and Design Institute of China Jiaotong is the editor-in-chief of the standard. Master Liao Chaohua attended the evaluation meeting. Zhu Yujiaogao's delegation made a detailed report to the experts on the basic information of the standard, the contents of each chapter, the relationship with the existing national standard and international standard, and the mode of organization and implementation.

会议认为：《大纲》内容完整，单位及人员分工安排合适，编写格式规范，同意编制组提出的《大纲》。同时评审专家建议标准进一步明确装置的适用范围及选用条件以便于选用，适当补充安装、养护、更换相关内容。
《公路桥梁限位（剪断）装置技术指南》规定了公路桥梁限位（剪断）装置的产品规格、分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、存储、运输、安装和养护的要求。对完善桥梁构件产品标准体系具有重要意义，标准发布后，将成为公路桥梁限位（剪断）装置标准化、系列化及产品供应、验收、安装、维护等的参考依据，也是国家、行业相关标准的补充。
该标准参编单位包括：武汉鑫拓力工程技术有限公司，上海市城市建设设计研究总院，成都市大通路桥机械有限公司，丰泽工程橡胶科技开发股份有限公司，江苏万宝桥梁构件有限公司，衡橡科技股份有限公司等6家具有丰富桥梁产品设计研发和生产经验的公司。
2.《公路桥梁梁底检查车技术指南》
中交公路规划设计研究院为该标准主编单位，院常务副总工袁洪出席评审会议，常志军教高代表编制组进行汇报，介绍了标准的基本情况、主参编单位及分工、标准内容、已有工作基础、待完成工作内容及时间进度安排，并对该标准与国、行标及国际标准的关系进行了说明。

Experts also put forward that the inspection vehicle is non-standard equipment, requiring the design of structure and operation safety with reference to the relevant laws and regulations of the state on non-standard equipment.

"Technical Guidelines for Highway Bridge Bottom Inspection Vehicles" is a standard applicable to the design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance of highway bridge bottom inspection vehicles. It aims to provide a product technical standard for the industry to ensure the design quality and use safety of bridge bottom inspection vehicles, so as to provide quality assurance for bridge maintenance units. Products.

The standard compilers include Chengdu Xinzhu Road and Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd., Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Authority, Hengxiang Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Bridge Development Co., Ltd.

3. Technical Guidelines for Carbon Fiber Anti-falling Beam Devices for Bridges

The representative compilation group of Liu Changtian Gaogong, who is the chief editor of the standard, reports on the basic situation of the standard, the main editor-in-chief and division of labor, the standard content, the existing work basis, the work content to be completed and the schedule of the time. It also introduces the standard with respect to the country, the standard and the International standards. The relationship between standards is explained.

The meeting considered that the purpose, scope of application and technical requirements of the standard still need to be further studied and clarified. It was suggested that the compilation group should intensify its research and experimental verification.
