May 30, great news! Jiayu Yangtze River Bridge is successfully closed to create the world's first bridge of the same type! Our company (Wuhan Xintuo Rio Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.) has the honor to contribute to the construction of the motherland and participate in this innovative project. The main span of the bridge is 920 meters, which is the first cable-stayed bridge in the world with semi-floating system of asymmetric single-side mixed girder built and under construction.

 
      The Jiayu Yangtze River Highway Bridge adopts a new type of tower-beam damper, which is a new type of damper developed by our company. This is the first time that a new type of tower-beam damper with push-up function is used in China to achieve a true all-weather closure, and the width of the closure weld reaches millimeter level. The new damper has three main functions: one is the longitudinal limit in the construction process; the other is the automatic adjustment of the closure width by using the self-contained oil pump when the middle span closes. Thirdly, the whole bridge is damped after opening to traffic.

The closure of the bridge adopts single-side lifting and pushing technology. By applying force to the main girder of the South Tower by pushing damper at the main girder of the south tower and controlling the closure distance digitally, the width of the closure weld can be accurately controlled. Four sets of special dampers are used in the South Tower of Jiayu Yangtze River Bridge, with damping force F=3000kN, maximum top thrust 4000KN and displacement. The new business card of Yangtze River Bridge has been successfully constructed with a volume of <900mm.
